What is the 'Alchemy Certified' inspection process?
Every pre-owned bike undergoes a rigorous 50-point mechanical inspection by our expert technicians. We service all bearings, tune the drivetrain, and replace any components that do not meet our high performance standards before the bike is listed.
Can I trade in my old bicycle for credit toward a new purchase?
Absolutely. We offer a streamlined trade-in program. Simply submit photos and specifications of your current bike through our 'Sell/Trade' portal to receive a valuation quote within 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all bicycles and accessories. The item must be in the same condition as received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during initial transit.
Do the bicycles come with a warranty?
All new bicycles carry the full manufacturer's warranty. For our 'Alchemy Certified' pre-owned bikes, we provide a limited 3-month mechanical warranty to give you peace of mind on your first few hundred miles.
